You do not need to go inside unless you want to and all staff and patients' owners are required to wear masks to go inside. If you do not want to go inside, just call them when you arrive, tell them what parking spot you are in (the spots are numbered) and they will come out with a mask on to get your pet and take them in for their appointment. When you return, you just call and they bring your pet outside for you. The vet will even come outside to discuss your pet's appointment with you if you ask. Very accomodating!
Curbside appointments, staff meet you outdoors to pick up and drop off your pet, the vet talks with you over the phone about your pet’s health. The staff used to mask but does not anymore
Full COVID precautions are still in effect. Clients hand off their pets outside. Employees wear N95s at all times. In rare cases one human may be allowed inside, but they must be properly masked, and only for as long as necessary. All conversations take place outdoors.
I would recommend them even if we weren't in a pandemic.

October 2023 update: other than offering the ability to stay outside, there appear to now be no precautions. The sign telling people to remain outside and check in at the outside window has been removed, and people just walk in (maskless). No staff (seen from outside) was masked.
You can choose to wait outside until the vet is ready to see your pet, or even for the entire appointment (if you choose this option the vet will come outside to speak with you or call you). You can pay through a window from the outside.
Masks required by all inside the building. Hand sanitizing required to also keep the animals healthy.
100% curbside service. All employees are in fit tested N95 masks.
