When you request a “masked appointment", all staff including front desk, assistant and practitioner will wear an KN95 or N95, run HEPA filters in the treatment room, and even sanitize your clipboard and pen before giving them to you. The office manager took my payment in the treatment room so I wouldn’t have to spend time in the common area to pay. The whole staff was very considerate and went out of their way to make me feel safe and comfortable.

My Aranet CO2 monitor read 510ppm upon entry into the exam room (I was the first patient of the morning), and stayed around 640ppm during treatment with three people in the room, so their HVAC seems to be working great!
