Dr. Kim and her staff are fully n95 masked. They require appointments and require all who enter their office to be masked, with no exceptions. When working on patients, the doctor and her assistant is always wearing a n95, faceshield, and full PPE, gloves, everything. She also has very big hepa filters in every room that patients visit.

However, she is on the 2nd floor so you will need to take an elevator up to her floor as I don't think the staircase is open. The ground floors has great ventilation since there are 2 big automatic doors that frequently open. Also, there is a pharmacy on the first floor that is quiet and has good ventilation as well. I have taken my CO2 monitor there so I'm happy with her setup.
