I have had an excellent experience at this dental clinic along with some other Covid careful people. They will wear n95 upon request and have hospital operating room grade overhead ceiling HEPA air purifiers throughout the office.
I highly recommend this clinic!

I also brought my own HEPA purifier and placed it on my lap.

My hygienist asked if I wanted to hold it near my face as she has patients that do this so they have other careful patients and will accommodate.

I tested after my visit and was negative also.
