Check-in Procedure: Please wait in your vehicle and call or text 607-272-2828 upon arrival. If you do not have a cell phone, check in at the front desk in person. Staff will invite you inside when it’s safe, or the appointment may be conducted curbside depending on staffing and patient conditions. Masking: Masks are no longer required for staff or clients. Clients and staff may choose to wear masks if preferred. Upon request, staff will wear masks during appointments, including during curbside visits. Curbside Option: Available upon request."
