dayze (tattooer) requests information from clients regarding their own covid precautions, and vaccination info or negative covid test. tattooer shares their own daily covid precautions to ensure we are both comfortable sharing space. studio is private and appointment only with only one tattoo station. option to have door open for more ventilation. consent form requires clients to inform tattooer if covid exposure happens within 2 weeks before or after appointment.
